1. The service / 服务说明

JIAN is a connected immersive-content service. It may stream or deliver spatial video, audio, images, subtitles, metadata, and related interactive presentation to supported devices. An internet connection and compatible device may be required.

JIAN 是联网串流沉浸式内容服务，可能向受支持的设备传输或交付空间视频、音频、图像、字幕、元数据及相关交互呈现。使用服务可能需要网络连接与兼容设备。

2. Content / 内容

Content is provided by JIAN or by creators and rights holders who have authorized JIAN to make it available. Availability may vary by device, region, language, and time. Content, metadata, presentation, or features may be corrected, updated, replaced, restricted, or removed, including when rights expire or safety, quality, or legal issues arise.

内容由 JIAN 提供，或由已授权 JIAN 使用的创作者与权利人提供。内容可用性可能因设备、地区、语言与时间而异。因授权到期、安全、质量或法律问题，内容、元数据、呈现或功能可能被更正、更新、替换、限制或下架。

Your access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and only for using JIAN as provided. No ownership in the content is transferred to you.

您获得的仅是按 JIAN 提供方式进行个人使用的有限、非独占、不可转让访问权；内容所有权不会因此转移给您。

3. Age and eligibility / 年龄与资格

You must be at least 13 years old, or the applicable minimum age in your region. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use JIAN only after obtaining that consent.

您应年满13周岁，或达到所在地区适用的最低年龄。当地法律要求父母或监护人同意的，您仅可在取得该同意后使用 JIAN。

4. Accounts and security / 账户与安全

You are responsible for access to your email, Quest, browser session, and JIAN Account. Use only activation codes shown on a device you control, review the account shown before approval, and sign out on shared browsers. Do not share passwords, email verification codes, session cookies, or device secrets.

您应对邮箱、Quest、浏览器会话与 JIAN 账户的访问安全负责。仅确认您控制的设备上显示的激活短码，确认前核对页面显示的账户，并在共用浏览器上退出登录。请勿分享密码、邮箱验证码、会话 Cookie 或设备密钥。

Tell JIAN Support promptly if you believe your account or device activation has been misused.

如您认为账户或设备激活被滥用，请及时联系 JIAN 支持。

5. Acceptable use / 使用规范

You must not:

• attack, disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, or interfere with JIAN, its authentication, security, rate limits, or delivery systems;
• use bots, scraping, automated extraction, or reverse engineering except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• obtain or attempt to obtain another person’s account, activation request, credentials, non-public data, or content;
• copy, record, publish, sell, sublicense, or redistribute JIAN content without authorization from the applicable rights holder; or
• use JIAN in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringes another person’s rights.

您不得攻击、干扰、过载、探测或绕过 JIAN 的身份验证、安全、限流或内容交付系统；不得使用机器人、抓取、自动提取或实施法律未明确允许的逆向工程；不得获取或试图获取他人的账户、激活请求、凭据、非公开数据或内容；未经权利人授权，不得复制、录制、发布、销售、再许可或再分发 JIAN 内容；不得以违法、欺诈、滥用或侵害他人权利的方式使用 JIAN。

6. Availability and changes / 可用性与变更

We work to keep JIAN reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature or item will remain available. We may perform maintenance, correct errors, protect the service, comply with law, or change supported devices and technical requirements. Account or content API failures should not prevent access to unaffected public website pages.

我们会努力保持 JIAN 可靠运行，但不承诺服务不中断，也不承诺每项功能或内容永久可用。我们可能进行维护、修复错误、保护服务、遵守法律，或调整受支持设备与技术要求。账户或内容 API 故障不应影响未受影响的公开网站页面。

7. No payment or creator-program promise / 不构成付费或创作者计划承诺

The current release does not offer payments, stored value, top-ups, paid subscriptions, or an open Creator upload portal. These terms do not promise that any paid feature, subscription, creator onboarding, public upload, revenue share, or release date will be offered later.

当前版本不提供支付、储值、充值、付费订阅或开放的 Creator 上传入口。本条款不承诺未来一定提供任何付费功能、订阅、创作者入驻、公开上传、收入分成或具体上线日期。

8. Suspension, termination, and deletion / 暂停、终止与删除

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements, rights violations, or material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will limit action to what is necessary.

为处理滥用、安全风险、法律要求、权利侵害或对本条款的重大违反，我们可以在合理必要范围内限制或终止访问；可行时，我们会把措施限制在必要程度。

You may stop using JIAN, sign out, or request account closure or deletion through JIAN Support. Deletion and limited retention are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

您可以停止使用 JIAN、退出登录，或通过 JIAN 支持申请关闭或删除账户。删除与有限保留依照隐私政策处理。
