Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

Depending on the features you use and the information Meta makes available to the app, we may process:

• Meta account information: Meta User ID, username or display name, and profile or avatar information, used to identify your account and provide access to JIAN XR.
• Technical and server-log information: IP address, device model, operating-system and app version, request times, network and error information, used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• Content and viewing activity: content requests, viewing or playback history, and related access records, used to deliver online content, remember service state, and improve reliability.
• Support information: information you choose to include when contacting us, used to answer your request.

根据您使用的功能以及 Meta 向应用提供的信息，我们可能处理 Meta 用户 ID、用户名或显示名称、头像或资料信息；IP 地址、设备型号、系统和应用版本、请求时间、网络与错误日志；内容请求、观看或播放记录；以及您主动提交的支持信息。

2. Hand tracking, spatial input, and passthrough

JIAN XR uses controller input, hand tracking, spatial positioning, and passthrough features to place and operate the experience. Hand-pose and gesture input, spatial information, and passthrough imagery are processed in real time on the Meta Quest device. JIAN XR does not upload raw passthrough camera imagery, raw hand-tracking data, or raw spatial data to our servers.

JIAN XR 使用手柄输入、手势追踪、空间定位和透视功能来呈现及操作体验。手部姿态与手势输入、空间信息及透视画面均在 Meta Quest 设备上实时处理。JIAN XR 不会把原始透视相机画面、原始手势追踪数据或原始空间数据上传至我们的服务器。

3. How we use information

We use information only as needed to authenticate users, deliver requested online media, maintain account and playback state, protect the service, diagnose failures, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

我们仅在以下必要范围内使用信息：验证用户身份、交付用户请求的在线媒体、维护账户与播放状态、保护服务安全、排查故障、提供支持及改善可靠性。我们不会出售个人信息，也不会将其用于定向广告。

4. Service providers and disclosure

We use a limited set of providers to operate JIAN XR:

• Meta provides the Meta Quest platform, account identity, app distribution, and platform services.
• Render hosts application and API services.
• Cloudflare and Cloudflare R2 provide network delivery, security, media delivery, and object storage.

These providers may process information on our behalf under their applicable terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

我们目前使用 Meta 提供平台、账户身份、应用分发与平台服务；使用 Render 托管应用和 API；使用 Cloudflare 与 Cloudflare R2 提供网络传输、安全防护、媒体分发和对象存储。这些服务商可能依据其适用条款与隐私承诺代表我们处理信息。法律要求、保护用户或服务安全，或在具备适当保障的业务重组情形下，我们也可能依法披露必要信息。

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account, viewing, and technical information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure JIAN XR, resolve errors, meet legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests. You may request deletion by emailing robert.ao.huang@gmail.com with the subject “JIAN XR Data Deletion Request.” Please include enough information to identify your account, but never send us your password.

After reasonably verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account within 30 days, unless retention is required by law, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations. Uninstalling JIAN XR removes app data stored locally through the normal Meta Quest application-management process.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Contact us using the address below. Your Meta account and device privacy controls are managed separately through Meta.

7. Age requirement

JIAN XR is intended for teens and adults aged 13 or older, or the applicable minimum age in the user’s region. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it.

JIAN XR 面向年满13周岁的青少年和成年人，或用户所在地区规定的相应最低年龄。产品并非面向13周岁以下儿童，我们不会在明知的情况下收集13周岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果您认为儿童向我们提供了信息，请联系我们核查并删除。

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Because our service providers operate internationally, information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live, subject to applicable legal protections.

我们采取合理的管理、技术与组织措施保护信息。由于服务商可能在多个国家或地区运营，信息可能在您居住地以外的国家或地区处理，并受适用法律保障措施约束。
